Pharmacy School Admissions Coach

We’re seeking an experienced pharmacy school admissions coach to work with students preparing to apply to pharmacy programs. This role includes guiding students through school selection and application strategy, editing essays and secondary applications, coordinating letters of recommendation, and helping students choose a specialization that aligns with their interests and career goals. Coaches also support students with resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on experiential learning, licensing, and PCAT exam preparation, as well as navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund their education.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with the pharmacy school admissions process, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application.
