Their teachers are a passionate group who make a difference in the lives of each and every student – they are not only outstanding musicians, but truly relate to young people.
Students learn life lessons such as accountability, discipline, respect, kindness, and humility through fun and interactive lessons. Individual and peer-based small group learning environments help to facilitate social and emotional growth, while students learn the fundamentals of music performance and theory, gaining confidence and self-esteem along the way. UpBeat currently employs 20 teachers and is excited to expand their team due to increased student demand.
