After School Matters seeks an instructor to teach its leadership development program to high school participants aged 16 to 18. The position runs across spring, summer, and fall sessions at the Lutz Center in Chicago, IL.
Typical summer schedule includes 6 weeks, Monday–Thursday with planning and recruitment hours. Ideal candidates will be passionate about leadership, civic engagement, and youth development, with strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
