Key responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Employ evidence-based teaching strategies to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers
• Provide advocacy and ongoing support for students’ educational needs
• Communicate progress and goals regularly with students, families, and school personnel
• Engage in professional development to stay current with special education best practices
