The People’s Music School in Chicago seeks a Teaching Assistant for the String Ensemble to support student learning in ensemble settings. This role is part-time, requires in-person presence at Back of the Yards and/or Greater South Side locations, and starts September 2026.
Responsibilities include assisting in high-quality instruction, supporting the Ensemble Conductor with lesson plans, and coaching students in music theory, ensemble technique, and instrument care.
