Guidepost Montessori is seeking an Assistant Guide for our Old Town school in Chicago. You will support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 0–6, helping children develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
You’ll observe, prepare inviting learning spaces, assist in individual and small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. This is a purpose-driven role focused on respectful care and growth.
