Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt lessons to individual learning styles and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Differentiate instruction to ensure every student has access to the curriculum
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to provide cohesive support
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement
