DescriptionBirch Agency is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school district in Chicago, Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year
.
- Full-time, school-based position
- Work with 4th and 5th grade students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 7 students
- Provide academic support in math and reading
- Collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Starting pay of $45/hour
