Nursing Faculty

Chamberlain University seeks Nursing Faculty to educate and mentor future nurses within our Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction in classroom, lab, and clinical settings; design and evaluate coursework; and provide ongoing academic support. You will model evidence-based practice, uphold accreditation and regulatory standards, and participate in curriculum development, assessment, and committee work. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in nursing courses
• Design, update, and assess course materials and learning outcomes
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Advise, mentor, and support students' academic and professional development
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and current clinical standards into teaching
• Maintain required records, grades, and documentation per university policy
• Participate in curriculum development, review, and accreditation activities
• Engage in departmental and university committees and governance
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve student success and retention
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain clinical competence
