Description

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of learning design and/or learning development experience
• Up to 10% domestic travel as needed
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in creating learning experiences across multiple delivery modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
• Proven ability to align learning and development initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum and designing experiential learning activities
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, facilitators, technology partners, and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in instructional design tools including Articulate 360, Genially, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Preferred qualifications:

• Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies of responsible AI use, data privacy, and security
• Experience in a similar fast-paced corporate environment
• Experience managing learning portfolios, intake processes, or instructional design operations

About the job:

The Senior Staff Representative – Instructional Design position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, while managing timelines and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train the organization.

Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver leadership development and professional skills learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning, and performance support resources
• Updates instructional guides and reference materials. Propose improvements to curriculum content and delivery, communication, and documentation processes
• Partner closely with Global Learning team members and subject matter experts to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences
• Support Learning Management System processes, including session management, audience visibility, participant enrollment, and assessments
• Apply learning principles and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE) to create scalable, high-impact curricula that drive behavior change, accelerate leadership pipeline growth, and align with organizational strategy
• Supports assessment and evaluation steps of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) process through survey creation and administration
• Ensure compliance with training requirements
• Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, and deliverables across multiple learning projects and work streams
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and quality oversight for contractor instructional designers supporting leadership development initiatives

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
