Required qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in teaching or a specialized subject, a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in elementary education (grades K-6), and familiarity with the Illinois State Learning Standards for elementary education.

Summary of client's description of this opportunity includes delivering lessons in subjects such as English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, tailored to the developmental needs of elementary students. Develop engaging and effective lesson plans that align with state standards and the school curriculum. Regularly assess students' academic performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
