Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) - Psychology, Industrial-Organizational
The Department of Psychology at DePaul University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology to begin in September 2027. DePaul's Department of Psychology has an I-O undergraduate concentration, an MS, and an MA/PhD program as well as a host of other undergraduate and graduate programs. The selected candidate is expected to develop and maintain a productive research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and direct undergraduate and graduate student research including theses and PhD dissertations in I-O.
Candidates must be able to teach one or more of the following graduate courses:
- Personnel Psychology
- Psychology of Leadership
- Work Teams and Collaboration
Competitive candidates will have a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a strong research record, and evidence of, or potential for, teaching and mentoring excellence.

The salary range for this 10-month position is $78,000 - $83,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
