Schedule
: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm,
Tuesday and Thursday : 10:00am - 7:00pm

About the RoleStudent Success Coordinators are deeply student-centered, data-informed, and outcomes-driven. While this role has a primary functional focus on retention and certification,all coordinatorsoperateas unified members of the Student Success team and share ownership of overall student outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Accountability
- Manage an active caseload of students and meet defined performance metrics, which may include retention and persistence, certification readiness and attainment, and graduation progression
Student Engagement & Advocacy
- Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for assigned students throughout their academic journey, building rapport,trustand accountability
- Proactively engage students toidentifyand addressacademic and other barriers to persistence, certification readiness, and completion
Retention & Certification Support
- Drive retention and certification outcomes through early intervention, milestone tracking, and consistent follow-up
- Support accommodation requests, resource referrals, and appropriate escalationas needed
Data, Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately documentallstudent interactions and outcomes
- Participate in cohort tracking, G&E chart confirmation, andrequiredauditsin addition to weekly and monthly reporting on student success metrics
- Support,participate in,and/orfacilitatestudent successevents and initiatives such as retention workshops, certification readiness activities, career fairs, and alumni events, collaborating with other departments as needed
Other Duties
- Performadditionaltasks as assigned by the Supervisor, including required onboarding and ongoing training related to student success systems, performance metrics, and operational processes
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor'sdegree preferred
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in student services, advising, career services, workforce development, recruiting, or a related support role
- 1 yearof related experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
Skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach
