** Job Summary
** The Associate Director is a key member of the Full-Time MBA Student Recruitment and Admissions team, which coordinates all facets of the applicant experience for prospective and admitted students as well as develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to achieve key objectives. Serves as lead for yield initiative strategy and planning for the Full-Time MBA program.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored employment authorization.
** Responsibilities
* ** Serves as an integral member of the Admissions Committee. Conducts student recruitment, evaluation, and yield activities. Duties include reading and evaluating applications; traveling domestically and internationally; attending and hosting various recruiting and yield events.
* Develops and executes annual yield strategy plan and calendar, spanning from the point of admission through matriculation. Designs programming and timeline to foster continued candidate engagement.
* Leads the ideation and continuous improvement of yield initiatives. Establishes metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess initiative efficacy; analyzes data and feedback to inform future planning.
* Manages the primary planning, strategy, coordination, and execution of yield-related events.
* Oversee all communications, online resources, and outreach to admitted and incoming students, ensuring a cohesive candidate experience. Partners closely with the Admissions Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging, timing, and implementation.
* Serves as primary liaison for internal partnerships across Booth - including Career Services, Academic Services, Student Life, and research centers - building collaborative relationships that integrate these stakeholders meaningfully into yield programming.
* Expands outreach messaging via alumni clubs and special events and/or reunions. Maintains updated alumni contact records and cultivates new contacts in appropriate industries. Manages portfolio of prospective students that require special handling.
* Manages regional event programming such as receptions and career trek field trips for students. Works independently to expand outreach to employers in the region.
* Performs other related work as needed.
