Program Specialist – Boosterthon

As the Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and deliver engaging student experiences.

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff.
• Positive attitude and optimism when interacting with clients and the team.
• Growth mindset with a continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
• Strong judgment, self‑awareness, and emotional intelligence.
• Outcome‑oriented and hard‑working with a sense of timely, efficient completion.
• Enthusiastic engagement with students, faculty, and staff.

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass a Booster background and motor vehicle check.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Availability full day from 7:00am to 4:00pm on scheduled workdays.

• Hourly rate: $17–$19 per hour, non‑exempt.
