We are seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development who loves building learning that people actually use: someone who can run a learning calendar and an LMS with precision, design engaging content with their own hands, and put AI and new learning technology to work for a frontline workforce across our communities.

Compensation
Salary range: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year, based on experience
Bonus:
Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary

Position Summary

The Program Manager, Learning & Development owns the execution of Solera's learning agenda. You will turn strategy set by our People and Operations leadership teams into programs, content, and experiences that reach team members across every community and function, including the state-required training that keeps our communities survey-ready.

This role manages the learning calendar, LMS, vendor relationships, and training logistics, while also playing a hands-on role in content design and delivery. You are a strong project manager and communicator, and an innovator who is always looking for ways to use new approaches and technology, including AI, to improve the effectiveness and reach of learning.

You will work closely with the Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, along with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Clinical leadership, and community leaders.

What You'll Do

Learning Programs & Delivery

• Manage the annual learning calendar: scheduling, coordinating, and communicating training programs across the enterprise
• Coordinate facilitation and delivery of learning programs, including sourcing and managing external training partners
• Own the LMS: enrollment, content uploads, completion tracking, and reporting, including assignment and tracking of state-required and annual in-service training with audit-ready records for state surveys (compliance content is developed in partnership with Clinical leadership)
• Administer the mentor program for new community leaders: matching participants, coordinating touchpoints, tracking engagement, and using feedback to strengthen the program
• Deliver a smooth, consistent onboarding experience for corporate team members, managing learning milestones and 90-day touchpoints in coordination with HR Operations
• Coordinate new hire learning across communities in line with enterprise onboarding standards, partnering with HR Business Partners and community leaders for a consistent, timely experience

Content Design & Innovation

• Design and develop learning content, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and digital learning experiences, in partnership with subject matter experts and People and Operations leaders
• Design for our frontline workforce: mobile-first, short-format, and available in Spanish and other languages as needed, so learning fits around shift schedules
• Use AI tools to create and iterate on content efficiently: drafting scripts, building assessments, generating scenario-based learning, and adapting materials for different audiences and formats
