Overview
Field Service Technician – Utility-Scale Solar O&M
Rethink Electric is growing our utility-scale solar O&M team. We’re looking for experienced field technicians who value safety, troubleshooting, and doing the work right the first time.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility-scale PV systems
- Troubleshoot DC arrays inverters, AC systems, and site communications
- Support commissioning, testing, and outage response
- Document work clearly with photos and service reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and asset owners
- Utility-scale solar or comparable electrical field experience
- Comfortable working independently in live plant environments
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
