Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Advisory Specialist to join our growing team to work on due diligence projects. In this role, you will utilize technology to execute building condition assessments (Property Condition Assessments, Facility Condition Assessments, and similar scopes), support our clients with actionable insights, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site building and facility condition assessments across a variety of property types.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing site observations, system conditions, and recommended actions.
- Manage client communications, ensuring clear understanding of findings and recommendations.
- Travel to site locations as required to perform assessments and client meetings.
- Deliver projects on time and under budget, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development activities, supporting proposal preparation and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (PCA, FCA, due diligence, or related building assessments).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and client management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites across the US.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a desire to contribute to business development.

- 9 paid holidays and 15 days PTO accruing per year.
- Salary range for this position: $56,000 - $83,000 (actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location).
