Professional Land Surveyor

Our client is a nationally recognized residential and commercial land surveying firm operating across multiple states in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and South. The company delivers residential, commercial, and construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys with a strong commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and client service. Their work plays a critical role in real estate transactions involving buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and developers.

The Professional Licensed Land Surveyor is responsible for reviewing field notes, record documents, title commitments, and draft/final boundary surveys and location drawings. This role coordinates CAD revisions, prepares legal descriptions and affidavits, and completes FEMA elevation certificates for residential, commercial, and light industrial properties

Occasional travel to corporate headquarters (approximately 2–3 times per year) may be required
