Position Overview:
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will spearhead the management of diverse projects ranging from residential and commercial site development to infrastructure improvements. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee civil engineering projects, maintaining quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews of engineering plans and ensure comprehensive quality control.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables efficiently.
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing site development and infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
