We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our projects in the Chicago area. Position Overview:

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will spearhead the management of diverse projects ranging from residential and commercial site development to infrastructure improvements. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee civil engineering projects, maintaining quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of engineering plans and ensure comprehensive quality control.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing site development and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
