REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have experience with all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions relevant to infringement and validity, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work. Candidate should have a graduate degree in technology areas, including electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences. Industry work experience in technical areas across the semiconductor, computer, networking, or software industries is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team member are critical.
