• 10-15 years of commissioning experience with proven project management skills (technical, financial, planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting, closeout).
• Leadership experience and ability to counsel clients and project teams through the commissioning process.
• Ability to secure and manage technical resources and execute projects per plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Business development, by prospecting for commissioning opportunities & new pursuits.
• Estimating fees, issuing proposals, closing business, and executing the project.
• Assist in filling positions required to accomplish the work.
• Develop, maintain, and publish commissioning documents on commissioning software platforms and in project documentation systems such as Procore and Building Connected.
• Manage resources to successfully execute new and existing business.
• Complete work backlog while managing to exceed client expectations.
• Travel frequently - about 75% of the time in- and out-of-state.
