In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.# Yêu cầu trình độ/ Required qualification:  -    Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên -    Bachelor degree or above Trách nhiệm/ Responsibility  -    Lập kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu, thiết lập/xem xét/điều chỉnh lượng dự trữ đệm một cách chính xác, tính toán lượng thiếu hụt và giải quyết các vấn đề, lập kế hoạch sản xuất -    Mua nguyên vật liệu, theo dõi đáp ứng yêu cầu đơn hàng của khách hàng -    Hỗ trợ chuyển giao sản phẩm, tổng quan các giai đoạn -    Liên lạc với bộ phận bán hàng,

C.S, Sản xuất, Kỹ sư, Chất lượng, WH, Hải quan, hậu cần, Tài chính để đảm bảo thực hiện đơn hàng tốt -    Quản lý OTD của nhà cung cấp và OTD của khách hàng, tiếp tục cải tiến -    Quản lý hàng tồn kho, quản lý E&O, kê khai, xử lý -    Theo dõi ECO và khai báo E&O -    Giải quyết các vấn đề về chất lượng cùng với QA -    Chuẩn bị danh sách chọn hàng và đảm bảo lô hàng FG đúng thời hạn, theo dõi mọi vấn đề cho đến khi được giải quyết -    Bản địa hóa các thành phần, đánh giá và phát triển hiệu suất của nhà cung cấp -    Giải quyết vấn đề thanh toán, khắc phục sự cố hóa đơn -    Phối hợp và hỗ trợ nhóm NPI ra mắt sản phẩm mới đúng thời hạn -    Đánh giá và thiết lập chi phí tiêu chuẩn -    So sánh/đàm phán với các nhà thầu phụ để có giá và dịch vụ tốt -    Phân tích PPV, phản ứng -    Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao-    Planning material, set up/ review/adjust buffer stock correctly, calculate the shortages and resolve issues, production planning   -    Purchase materials, follow up to meet customer orders requirement  -    Transfer product support, overview all phase  -    Liaise with sales,

C.S, Production, Engineer, Quality, WH, Customs, logistic, Finance dept to ensure good orders fulfillment  -    Supplier OTD and Customer OTD management, address continue improvement  -    Inventory management, E&O management, declaration, disposition  -    ECO Follow up and E&O declaration  -    Deal with quality issues together with QA  -    Prepare Pick list and ensure FG shipments on time, follow up any issue till resolved  -    Localize components, supplier performance review and development  -    Payment issue resolve, fix problem invoice  -    Coordinate and support NPI team to launch new product on time  -    Std cost review and set up  -    Compare/Negotiate with subcontractors for good price and service  -    PPV analysis, reaction  -    Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior#
** Kỹ năng/ Skill** -    Kinh nghiệm 3~5 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương -    Biết lập kế hoạch, mua hàng;

-    Biết rõ về hệ thống MRP/ERP, phần mềm MS, v.v;

-    Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;

-    Sẵn sàng chịu áp lực, là người cẩn thận và độc lập -    Tư duy kinh doanh tốt, kỹ năng đàm phán tốt -    Trưởng nhóm giỏi và người chơi tốt trong nhóm và bên ngoài -    Tiếng Anh viết và nói tốt-    3~5 years or above of experience in a similar position   -    Familiar with Planning, Purchasing;
