This role supports the evaluation of electronic products against electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. The position involves hands‑on testing, technical documentation, and direct collaboration with clients to ensure products meet applicable regulatory and certification standards. The work contributes to product safety, compliance, and market access across global regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct EMC evaluations in line with applicable regulations, following established laboratory processes.
  • Create, review, and refine technical test reports, offering feedback to improve accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain EMC test systems and measurement instruments, including equipment for emissions, immunity, and transient testing.
  • Assist customers in understanding regulatory standards, test methods, and certification pathways.
  • Provide clear technical guidance and compliance‑related recommendations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adjust work hours or priorities as required to support project timelines and workload demands.
  • Maintain a professional presence while representing the laboratory and engineering team in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a minimum of three years of hands‑on EMC testing experience.
  • Practical experience performing regulatory compliance testing for North America and Europe; exposure to additional regions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with wireless and RF technologies such as Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, or similar systems is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to use EMC test equipment and related control or automation software effectively.
  • Background working in an electronics or compliance testing laboratory environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement in processes and skills.
  • Working knowledge of standard office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
