In the role of Digital Design Specialist, you'll:

• Work under the supervision of an Architect/Engineer or other technical professional within a specific discipline.
• Be responsible for discipline models, generating BIM elements based on Level of Development (LOD) outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope.
• Create and maintain discipline models, systems, content, and overall digital delivery outputs.
• Follow guidance from architects, engineers, or other professionals, demonstrating technical competence with relevant software.
• Model BIM elements accurately within the specified environment using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain discipline models, including project information, coordinates, scales, and views.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations.
• Monitor, improve, and maintain company standards and model health.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models through reviews and 3D coordination processes.
• Assist with additional Digital Delivery requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree or at least 3 years of related industry experience.
• Proficiency with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
