** About the job:
*** Propose concept for new project and pre-study project, and communicate with customer for the design concept. Carry out the design work of C&K product, conduct the design review; create 3D model & 2D drawing, make sure right BOM, material, process, etc.
* Active to review and analyze division work, systematic problem analysis and propose solutions.
* Coordinate and communicate with other departments.
* Based on marketing & sales request, make quotation.
* Make tolerance stack-up analysis to make sure right design, anticipate the risk by conducting the DFMEA, provide a robust design. Deliver the technical documents on time.
* Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.#

* About you:

*** More than 10 years product development experience, at least 8 years in switch industry product design and development.
* Proficient in switch product design knowledge, strong systematic problem analysis and solving ability.
* Skilled in PRO-E software.
* Independent design of metal & plastic parts, familiar with their properties and applications.
* Familiar with ISO GD&T, proficient in tolerance stack-up analysis, DFMEA, risk identification and improvement actions.
* Apply 6 sigma, tolerance analysis tools for data capability analysis.
* Knowledge of ISO
9001, IATF
16949, ISO
14001 management systems.
* Fluent in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
* Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with technical staff at all levels and report results independently.
