This role involves investigative field work todeterminethe root cause of failures primarily related to electrical systems and components, followed bysubmittinga report of findings and testifying in support of those findings when called to do so.
The Electrical Forensic Engineer will take a hands-on approach to engineering, working in the field, testing facility and office.

- Document facts and report finalization of findings
- Ability to apply theories and knowledge to real world situations

Education and Experience
- 10 or more years of engineering experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing,demonstratingsafe driving habits andcapableof being insured by our company policy.
- Must be able to pass acriminalbackground check,asrequiredfor the position.
This is a full-time position.
Some flexibility in hours ispermitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hoursof8:00 AM to 5:00PM.
This position is a combination of field work, travel related work, and sedentary work.
An employee is regularly required todrive, stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, hear, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, push, pull, carry, andlift upto 50 pounds.
An employee may alsobe required to traverse wooded and/or uneven terrain, enter structures, use ladders, walk on roofs, enter small spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
Regular travel will be required as a part of the Forensic Engineer position. Some overnight travel may be required.
