- Lead the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Supervise the construction schedule, resource utilization and budget compliance.
- Implement and maintain on-site quality control and assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and anticipate technical issues.
- Provide direct technical support and training to the installation team.
- Prepare detailed documentation: progress reports, checklists, incident logs and training certificates.
- Present structured technical reports to project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field, or a vocational technical qualification (FP) in Photovoltaic Energy is also acceptable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in solar tracker installations, or 6+ years in the photovoltaic sector.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and civil works, particularly solar tracker drive and alignment systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently across America and work independently in the field.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate level of English is a plus.
