• Lead the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Supervise the construction schedule, resource utilization and budget compliance.
• Implement and maintain on-site quality control and assurance protocols.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and anticipate technical issues.
• Provide direct technical support and training to the installation team.
• Prepare detailed documentation: progress reports, checklists, incident logs and training certificates.
• Present structured technical reports to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field, or a vocational technical qualification (FP) in Photovoltaic Energy is also acceptable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in solar tracker installations, or 6+ years in the photovoltaic sector.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and civil works, particularly solar tracker drive and alignment systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently across America and work independently in the field.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate level of English is a plus.
