** About the job:
*** Maintain and develop and improve Photo processes. SPC CPK target>1.33
* Daily Dispose nonconforming lots on time. Meet OTD & Yield.
* Perform DOE’s and other tests. Perform failure analysis on lots or wafers as required for yield improvement. Meet Probe yield
* Supply data and work together with related department to target yield improvement and cost reduction.
* Process/operation SOP set up and training for operators and related people for stable and quality products.#

* About you:
*** BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics or equivalent experience
* At least 2-3 years wafer Fab experience.
* Knowledge of Photo&Wet process.
* Good writing and speaking in Chinese and English.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of DOE and SPC techniques, Minitab.
