• Design, plan, and execute projects to improve lab testing equipment.
• Develop equipment drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications.
• Analyze electrical circuits for lab test equipment and switch gear testing.
• Collaborate with lab and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Set up and operate testing equipment and conduct electrical and mechanical tests.
• Collect test data, analyze results, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and develop improvement solutions.
• Prepare detailed project reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Maintain test equipment accuracy and reliability.
• Train team members on lab processes and test methods.

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Attend in‑person or virtual meetings as required.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with others.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient with lab instrumentation, scopes, DMMs, high‑voltage, and high‑current measurements.
• Programming skills in Visual Basic, MATLAB, and LabVIEW for test automation and data analysis.

• 1‑3 years of experience with electrical instrumentation or related field.
• Sound understanding of electrical engineering principles and safety practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous approach to circuit design, data collection, and documentation.
• Team‑orientated, supportive of team goals.
• Adherence to safety protocols.

Tasks include sitting, walking, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting. Work occurs in indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, energized equipment, and moderate-high risk.
