Our R&D Power Module Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating, developing, and optimizing semiconductor module production processes, with a strong focus on IGBT modules. This role requires deep hands-on experience across module manufacturing steps, problem identification, and process isolation. The engineer will play a key role in establishing, troubleshooting, and potentially leading an independent production-lab sequence.#
** About the Position:
*** Evaluate and analyze manufacturing processes to ensure performance, quality, and reliability
* Diagnose, isolate, and troubleshoot process deviations when necessary
* Apply different analytical and evaluation techniques to address various production problems
* Test semiconductor chips (IGBT) and identify both process-related and chip-related issues
* Understand and manage the full sequence of module process flow
* Handle and evaluate soldering processes, including defect analysis and optimization
* Perform and support wire-bonding processes and assess bond quality and reliability
* Propose alternative processes, materials, or methods to improve yield and reliability
* Take ownership of setting up and running a production-lab sequence independently
* Work in a highly practical, hands-on manner within the production environment#

* About You:
*** Bachelor’s Degree with proven Hands-on experience in
** IGBT module processes
*** Strong understanding of semiconductor module manufacturing processes
* Practical knowledge of soldering techniques and failure mechanisms
* Experience with wire-bonding processes and related reliability concerns
* Ability to analyze process flows and identify root causes of defects
* Familiarity with multiple diagnostic and evaluation techniques
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
* Team-oriented, respectful, and collaborative
