Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

We're looking for a dynamic Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our Disruptive Innovation team—a cross‑functional, agile pod at the heart of launching the next big thing in Food & Beverage. This is your chance to drive real, hands‑on change, working side‑by‑side with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy leaders to bring breakthrough products to market—faster and smarter.

, not just managing timelines and sprints, but actually shaping how new products are made—from machinery implementation and production line changeovers to factory infrastructure builds and Cap Ex‑driven projects
. You'll partner directly with plant engineering and OEM vendors
, ensuring every detail from equipment feasibility to commercialization is executed flawlessly.

What you'll do:

• Lead agile ceremonies and keep a high‑performing team focused, aligned, and moving forward.
• Own the end‑to‑end innovation and commercialization process , from concept to launch.
• Build and manage project timelines , ensuring on‑time delivery even as priorities shift.
• Coach and empower your team , removing barriers and fostering a culture of rapid iteration and shared ownership.
• Tackle real‑world challenges—machinery commissioning, production line adaptations, and factory builds—while collaborating with engineering and operations at the plant level.
• Track key metrics, document progress, and ensure full visibility for all stakeholders.

Job Requirements Details:

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Project Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven, hands‑on experience with physical product innovation—including machinery implementations, production line changeovers, Cap Ex projects, and direct work with plant engineering and OEMs.
• Strong background in agile project management, with a passion for empowering teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work with global teams, including early morning hours as needed.
