Field Service Engineer - Chicago/ Milwaukee region
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with Injection Moulding experience to join a dynamic technical team, delivering expert support across a range of industrial equipment at customer sites.
This role offers a mix of hands‑on engineering, problem‑solving, and customer interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Installing, commissioning, and servicing industrial machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Supporting customers both remotely and on‑site
- Delivering operator training and technical guidance
- Producing detailed service and maintenance reports
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 4 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (80%+)
