• Function as a quality control/quality assurance engineer within the substation quality management group (QMG).
• Perform QA/QC of substation design packages, including physical design, protective relaying/control with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the substation design team.
• Develop knowledge and provide guidance on design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and B&V policies.
• Apply B&V quality program, support continuous improvement and change management efforts.
• Prepare engineering deliverables, research, equipment/material selection, calculations, budgets, schedules and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external team members on moderately complex projects.
• Assist with client interest identification and communication; support business development activities.
• Provide technical consultation to project teams; design and support complex technical challenges.
• Mentor lower-level professionals; support career planning and leadership development.

• Substation QA/QC experience; physical and/or protection & controls.
• Experience coordinating with clients, multidisciplinary leads, and PMs.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Proficient with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Will pass pre‑employment background checks and drug screen.
