Job Description

• Provide leadership and direction for Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams.
• Ensure reliability and readiness of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and building systems.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance across all engineering and maintenance activities.
• Manage department staffing, performance, budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and CMMS performance.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness and support new program development, including capital planning, tooling, equipment installation, and validation.
• Manage engineering changes for existing and new programs, ensuring alignment on cost, timing, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, cost, and quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and facility systems.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability programs.
• Working knowledge of quality and launch methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

What's on Offer

• Base salary $110,000 - $130,000 depending on level of experience
• Annual bonus incentive based on company performance + personal metrics (~10%)
