Biscuits Engineering Manager

Job Description

To support growth and world‑class manufacturing productivity, you manage the detailed planning, development, and execution of capital projects. Your role leads technical development, feasibility assessment of engineering activities within the supply chain, and capital expense project execution, all while meeting the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of mid‑to‑large capital investment projects, ensuring accurate budgets, plans, and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions.
• Develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow.
• Ensure engineering developments and standards are implemented, and develop and implement state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and roll out best practices.
• Manage several capital project executions in parallel, ensuring that quality and results meet Mondelēz standards in business and innovation processes.
• Manage engineering resources and lead people development initiatives.

• Significant engineering and operations experience.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Technical expertise across engineering disciplines, with high expertise in one or more domains.

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on experience, skills, education and location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential over achievement based on performance and company results.
