IT Engineer - Trading Systems & Back Office Integration

Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid

This is an amazing opportunity for a professional to work directly for the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Leadership. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented and skilled IT Engineer with a background in capital markets financial services please reach out and apply. You need to have hands‑on software development experience connecting with back‑office platforms, trading platforms and exchanges.

You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and secure flow of data and information between various systems, optimizing connectivity, and troubleshooting technical issues in a fast‑paced trading environment.

• 3+ years of experience in the capital markets arena.
• Experience connecting platforms to internal or external systems.
• Experience developing and supporting mission critical systems that operate on a 24x7 basis.
• Experience developing analytical reports from large data sets.

• Strong C# and scripting abilities in preferably Python or Bash.
• Experience with protocols such as FIX, REST, SFTP, MQ and Web Socket APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
