Controls Engineer​/Robot Programmer

Job Description

Summary:

Seeking a Controls Engineer with extensive experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and robotics for custom machine design.

• Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for schematic, hardware, electrical, safety system/panel design.
  • Experience with Motion (Servo actuators, Servo Motors) and Vision systems.
  • Expertise in PLC Programming from scratch (Allen Bradley/Omron).
  • Robotics experience (Fanuc/Motoman).
  • Cradle to grave project experience.
• Preferred Skills
  • Experience with fluid design including pneumatic and hydraulic schematic systems.
  • Custom machine design experience.
• Job Responsibilities
  • Perform PLC programming and AutoCAD Electrical design for custom machines.
  • Design and implement motion control systems using servo actuators and motors.
  • Develop robotic systems using Fanuc or Motoman robots.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics and hardware designs using AutoCAD Electrical.

$40.00 to $60.00 per hour
