• Work on commercial and industrial land development civil engineering projects
• Collaborate with technical support staff, subcontractors, and subconsultants
• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D
• Perform site planning, civil engineering design and prepare land development civil engineering plans
• Design stormwater detention and sewer systems using various computer software programs
• Manage permits through various agencies including municipalities, departments of transportation, sewer districts, and the EPA
• Participate in professional organizations to promote the company's professionalism and integrity
• Maintain key client relationships for projects assigned to
• Provide training for technical and operational staff
• Communicate effectively in oral and written techniques with team members and clients
• Demonstrate organizational skills and manage multiple tasks with specific timelines
• Meet established deadlines

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• 5 or more years in Land Development Civil Engineering
• Experienced knowledge of Civil Engineering, specifically land development projects
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Civil3D
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Demonstrated ability to run projects from start to finish
