** Senior Roadway Engineer
** to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand in your technical skillset, working alongside a world-class team of civil engineers on major regional infrastructure projects.

** What You'll Be Doing:*
* + Lead the design and development of roadway projects, including concept, preliminary and final design.

+ Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.

+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

+ Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

+ Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT requirements.

+ Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.

+ Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

** What Required Skills/Qualifications You'll Bring:*
* + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

+ 8+ years of relevant civil road/highway design experience

+ Professional Engineer (PE) registration

+ DOT project experience

+

Experience with Micro Station, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D

+ Open Roads Designer experience/proficiency is preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $
