Senior Project Engineer - Municipal

Fehr Graham is a fast-growing engineering and environmental firm looking for a motivated Senior Project Engineer-Municipal to join our team. We want someone who can inspire and lead a team toward success, with technical skills and a passion for transportation, private development, stormwater, or hydraulic modeling projects.

As a leader with a proven track record of success, you’ll manage successful projects and shape projects that leave a lasting impact.

• Lead and coordinate project design efforts
• Apply engineering principles and judgment
• Review and validate calculations, plans and reports
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proactively address project challenges
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor
• Collaborate with project managers to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth
  
  Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations

Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
