MissionAs an Innovation Deployment Engineer
, reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, you will drive the successful rollout of our innovations across your territories in the US and Canada and support both teams and customers in adopting new technologies:
- You will guide local Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Customer Service Engineers (CSE) on best practices, ensure the on‑site deployment, installation, and commissioning of new features, and provide hands‑on technical support to guarantee optimal performance. Acting as a key interface between the field and our technical teams, you will collect feedback and contribute to continuous product and technology improvements.
- You will deliver technical training sessions related to innovations, sharing your expertise with internal teams and external clients to ensure knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
- You will contribute to on‑site validation tests by collecting feedback, helping to continuously improve solutions and processes. You also formalise and report new use cases emerging from local needs to drive continuous improvement.
You will also support the team as Field Service Engineer to:
- Install, commission and start‑up of the machines and their maintenance.
- Perform maintenance and after sales service.
- Act as a referent for a group of clients.
- Contribute to the deployment of and comply with the company's safety culture.
- Mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery background with experience in commissioning and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, able to guide clients effectively.
- Experience in deployment and installation of technical solutions.
- Excellent reporting and synthesis skills.
- Fluent in English;
French language is also appreciated for the Canadian market.
