TUTCO LLC is a Subsidiary of Smiths Group with Headquarters in London, England.
Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Field Service Engineer will install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site at customer locations. They serve as a key technical contact between the company and the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities- Install, test, and commission equipment at client locations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Document service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, logistics)
- Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment or systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Time management
