Job Title:

Municipal Engineer

Lead impactful municipal infrastructure projects while positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities.

Remote work and hybrid work available. Up to one day per week in office or full remote depending on location.

$100,000 - $160,000 per year.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• 10–15+ years of municipal, civil, transportation, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience managing municipal utility, roadway, drainage, and site development projects.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Civil3D, Open Roads Designer, Bentley CONNECT, or similar design platforms.
• Knowledge of stormwater management, utility coordination, roadway design, and permitting.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to future office and team growth.
