Qualifications- Degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- Proven experience managing MEP systems on large, complex construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines
- Experience with fast-paced, high-expectation projects; sports & entertainment arenas/stadiums preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
