Quality Engineer

Summary of Job We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support our glass manufacturing operations, with a primary focus on the appliance segment. This role will drive process excellence, ensure compliance with key industry standards, and contribute to yield improvement and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in manufacturing environments—prior exposure to automotive or appliance industries is a strong plus.

You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality glass products through audits, continuous improvement initiatives, PPAP processes, and effective complaint resolution.
