Senior Mechanical Engineer - NPD - $130-$140K+

Our long-time client has multiple needs for Mechanical Engineers and Senior Mechanical Engineers to lead new product development for complex electro-mechanical products. These are open due to company growth and there are leadership opportunities for those interested in that path.

This group is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working hands-on with prototypes, and taking products from concept through manufacturing.

• Lead new product development from concept through production
• Design complex electro-mechanical products and assemblies
• Develop injection molded, machined, and cast components using 3D CAD
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and validate prototypes
• Partner with manufacturing on DFM/DFA and product optimization
• Work directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Drive projects through technical reviews, validation, and production release

• BSME or similar degree
• 5+ years of mechanical product development experience
• Full product lifecycle experience from concept through manufacturing
• Experience with injection molding, castings, machined components, prototyping, and testing
• CAD experience (Creo preferred)
• A collaborative engineer who enjoys learning, improving processes, and working as part of a strong engineering team
