The TRG Growth Practice 目前正在協助一家快速成長中的國際製造企業招募自動化控制工程師。

這是一個非常 hands‑on 的工程職位，將負責支援高度自動化生產設備、PLC 控制系統、設備故障排除、持續改善，以及與美國及台灣工程團隊密切合作。

• 3 年以上 Automation / Controls / Manufacturing Engineering 經驗
• PLC Programming / Ladder Logic 編輯與故障排除經驗（Must Have）
• 製造業、自動化設備或工業控制系統經驗
• Electrical troubleshooting、commissioning、設備維護經驗
• 良好的跨部門溝通能力
• 流利中文（Mandarin）與英文能力（Must Have）
• 美國合法工作資格（目前無法提供 Sponsorship）
