Ford Motor Company is seeking highly technical, hands-on Field Quality Engineers to join our Field Quality Engineering team. You will travel to dealerships, fleet locations, and customer sites to investigate vehicle concerns firsthand and validate failure modes before repair or part replacement.
You will collect detailed technical data (photos, videos, CAN data) and develop formal reports describing failure conditions and hypotheses.
