A respected multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in municipal engineering or site development engineering to join its Chicago office. The selected candidate will oversee a variety of municipal and land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, roadway design, stormwater management, capital improvement programs, green infrastructure, trail design, and more.

Responsibilities- Civil engineering plan review and design development
- Project management and delivery
- Client relationship management
- Team leadership and staff supervision
- Report preparation and technical documentation
- Mentorship and development of junior staff
- Support business development and client growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
- Strong project and time management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
